Gueules de Loup — 'wolf's mouth' — is Goisot's lively, fresh Chardonnay from Kimmeridgian soils. The 2022 shows zesty lemon, green apple and a bright chalky minerality. Unoaked and vivid, it is one of the most refreshing Bourgogne Blancs available, with superb mineral-driven length.
