La Ronce is Goisot's old-vine Saint-Bris Sauvignon Blanc — deeper and more complex than the village wine. The 2022 shows ripe citrus, herb, a hint of honey and a long mineral finish from the Kimmeridgian subsoils. One of the appellation's most serious expressions.
